Going from being married to learning how to move on from a break up isn’t easy...
despite the number of couples going through a divorce and whether or not you were the one who wanted out of your marriage. The truth is there are days that are really hard and seem incredibly unfair.
It wasn’t until I decided to make it on my own and focus on how to make the future one I wanted to live that I truly focused on my own healing. (As opposed to worrying about my children, friends, work or extended family.) I even made peace with the possibility of being single for the rest of my life!
I created this course THE BETTER DIVORCE to support others who are going through the transition of thinking about divorce, separation and divorce. By using specific strategies to interact with others differently and focus on changing your own behavior you can truly create a new and fulfilling life for yourself.
